My first visit to Hupp Jeweler's was to replace a small pearl they fell out of a ring ages ago. I had initially asked Shane Co. since I go there for maintenance of my wedding set, but since they did not sell it to me, they would not touch it.Hupp was very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the service and the finished work on my ring.

Took a necklace and a bracelet in for repair. Jeweler did a great job on repairing both items. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. We have also made purchases from them we are happy with. Love to shop in smaller local stores such as this.

Wonderful help and care from moment I walked thru the door. Beautiful jewelry in every case. As well, there's special jewelry maker who can place your pets one of a kind nose print right onto the jewelry. It's great idea and very cool to see on jewelry. Their noses make heart prints...how appropriate!

There’s always something unique here! Staff are friendly and helpful and they remember you. Between unique designers and a state jewelry, you will find things here you will never find elsewhere. The staff remembers what you have when you make a return visit and they are able to direct you to interesting pieces they know you will like. They are very patient with indecision

We stopped in to get two pairs of earrings repaired. Once we were done, we wandered around the store a bit. There was a beautiful ring in their Estate Jewelry, but we couldn't decide whether to get it or not. Michelle (our sales associate) suggested we put it on a Wish List. We went back a week later to get it, but didn't see it in the case. Michelle remembered us & checked our Wish List. She said it was still available. Fortunately, it had only been moved inside the display case. We got the ring, picked up the repaired earrings and discussed getting a ring shadow. We have been so VERY pleased with the attention & quality of work that Hupps does. We're excited to see the new design for the ring shadow when it's done.

Every time I go to Hupp Jewelers- I'm always so excited to see their exciting and beautiful choices of Jewelry. Also, to have them change my watch battery and keep my ring cleaned. They are so nice and pleasant and their work is outstanding.

I brought in 2 watches to have batteries replaced. The next day I realized that one of the watches was not working. Hupp Jewelers checked to make sure the battery was good and installed correctly. It was. The problem was with the watch itself. They gladly refunded my money for the battery and the installation. I have used Hupp yearly to have rings cleaned and checked and, if necessary repaired. I have always been pleased!
