Very helpful, kind and courteous. Had jewelry to be repaired that I had taken to two well known stores (Helzberg and Reis-Nichols) that I had delta with for years. Neither store would even try to fix the necklace or add an extension. Simple jobs that they felt was too hard to do. Luckily I found Hupp jewelers and a sweet young lady named Michelle. She listened, made great recommendations and within a couple of weeks the job was done and looked beautiful. They are now my go-to jewelry store. Lazy doesn't attract business, hard work does.

Hupp Jewelers did a nice job on fixing my wedding rings so I can get them over my knuckle and still fit on my finger well - added a couple small beads to help keep the ring from twirling around on my finger. I should have done this years ago!

Updated Review: Although we had quite a few hiccups with resizing my ring (lack of seamlessness when sizing up) Sara was determined to make sure my jewelry was to my satisfaction and up to par with their standards. The ring is very sentimental to me which is what drove me to my initial review of 2 stars. I typically don’t like to complain but as stated the ring is very important to me. The patience and understanding of the staff is what made the experience turn around. I would still recommend them and they also sell really nice pieces in store that are worth a look. I intend to return in the future for other services they offer.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. They did such a great job with the repairs I needed done and were very transparent with how the process would go and what would be done to my jewelry. We will definitely be back in the future for any more repairs or when we want to purchase new jewelry pieces.

I bought a ring here a few years ago before I moved to Texas that required repair. I was here the week of Thanksgiving visiting family and took a chance and stopped in on a Tuesday to see about getting it repaired. They knew I was leaving town on Saturday and offered to have it ready for me by Friday. Such great service and the repair was perfect!

I’m so happy I found Hupp Jewelers on E 96th St. Fishers! I highly recommend them. I have a pair of small gold hoops that I wear every day. After 7 years of daily wear the post clasp broke off. On an off chance I when into Hupp and they said they could fix it. Fast service and I have them and still wear everyday. Also, I have a tissue box covered completely with costume Jewelry. I wanted it shined up to all its glory and sealed. It was an odd request to I know. It’s beautiful now! The whole crew is very personable and knowledgeable. Take a look at their jewelry it’s exquisite.
