Had a sapphire stone fall out of my anniversary ring…I was heartbroken! Went to a larger jewelry store that turned us away, saying they couldn’t help but suggested Hupp’s. So glad they did! Hupp Jewelers was able to repair my ring, find a matching blue sapphire, bring it in under original quote AND ahead of schedule!! I was so pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail! We live in Florida and here visiting family. I brought my ring in because of sharp points on prongs. They fixed multiple stones and cleaned it at a reasonable cost. They were very friendly and helpful.

Our first visit was to inquire on repairing a chain and sizing a ring. They treated us royally and they even ended up buying one of the chains that were not repairable. They sent out the ring to be sized and it came back perfectly! The actual cost of the sizing was even less than the estimate.So as we were talking I noticed a beautiful necklace, pendant and earring set. Covered in diamonds! I came back later to have them hold the set for my wife's birthday. When I came in to pick up the set, they boxed it in a beautiful box, wrapped the box, and even put it a beautiful bag! AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!!!! I was really treated like I was their only customer.

From the first time I went there as a customer I was absolutely won over. I looked up watch/jewelry stores that could help with replacing a watch batter and adjusting watch straps. My search led me to Hupp Jewelers so I frantically rushed there after work and arrived 10 minutes till close. The three ladies running the store were extremely helpful and very nice. Within 15 minutes I left a very happy customer. I highly recommend anyone going for whatever services they need and to see what’s in inventory!

Nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I had talked to several places to resize my wedding set, and am so glad I chose Hupp. Everyone there is SO kind from the minute you walk in; they recognized me every time. They estimated a couple of weeks to get the work finished, but it was done in less than a week! I just picked up my ring today and it am so happy with the work done. I have zero hesitations taking other jewelry there or purchasing from them in the future!

I have been going to Hupp Jewelers for 10 years or more. I primarily go to them to have new batteries placed in my watches. Recently when one of my family members needed a sturdy chain for a memorial heart to honor his sister’s passing, I brought him to Hupp Jewelers. Madeline helped us. She was so patient and went to a lot of extra trouble to make sure we got the right size and length chain for the memorial heart. We had to order it and came back a week later to pick it up. Unfortunately we arrived just after the store closed, but Madeleine saw us at the door and warmly invited us in. She was so kind and even though the store was closed she spent extra time with us to ensure that we were completely satisfied.I have found the Hupp Jewelers to be like a neighborhood shop in a small town. They’re very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I find Hupp Jewelers staff as a customer -related group. I see smiles and a willingness to help find the piece I look for. When my niece had her first child, they helped me design a special piece for her with the new child's fingerprint and name. Both she and Grandma loved the pieces and wear them with pride. My Mom lost the center stone in her engagement ring about a month after they married in 1947. I have had the ring since her passing in 1982. My husband, as a Valentine's day present, brought the ring to Hupp's, and had a new stone set. I chose a red stone to honor Mom's birthday. Excellent Bracelet repaired and renewed

Having had an excellent experience at Hupp several years while visiting Fishers, I took in a horribly repaired clasp repair in for repair while in the area for only a week. The repair jeweler was on vacation but they assured me the bracelet would be ready. The bracelet was a bit big on my wrist. I couldn’t believe it when I got the bracelet back. It looked brand new, excellent repair with new 14K clasp, and fit to my size. I AM thrilled. Friendly, expert staff, and a beautiful store. I will keep any jewelry repair for my next visit to Fishers, IN. Thank you!
