Very professional and kind! I had a good vibe as soon as I went through the doors. They welcomed me every time, explained everything, gave an itemized cost estimate so I could discuss everything with my husband. I was back later that day trusting them to perfect my ring. They finished the job within a reasonable time! Everything looked amazing! They knew how important my ring was to me, and I appreciated that as well. Would highly recommend!

Hands down the best place ever !! I went to 3 other jewelry stores in my 10 years of living here and not one could compare to Hupp. The people that work at Hupp are amazing and very knowledgeable. Also carry Estate Jewerly! Best prices on repairs (I had a ring and necklace repaired) I picked my stone right off the black velvet pad !! You will make it your favorite it you just stop in and look !!

I went in to Hupp to have them look at an old watch. They cleaned it up and replaced the battery while I waited. It took about 15 minutes and it’s now good as new! Very reasonably priced and the staff was friendly.

I should remember to stop at Hupp’s before going to other stores. Angela assisted in finding a replacement for a lost wedding ring. The choice came down to two and I appreciated that she never promoted the most expensive one! Very helpful, gentle and knowledgeable.

Very personable staff that took great care of my 2 rings I inherited. They fit perfectly too after the resize. Initially they were concerned about the stone breaking due to the size change but great care was taken and I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out. Highly recommend.

They matched the engraving on my wife’s necklace perfectly. They care about the quality of the work so much that they sent it back out to have it redone as the first go didn’t meet their standards. While they were apologetic for the timeframe they gained a fan.

After struggling to replace my stainless watch band on my Citizen watch I brought it to Hupp. The two ladies working were very courteous and did a great job of quickly replacing it, while also removing a few links I requested too, all for $15. Very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Stones from my parents (deceased)rings were sent away for a jeweler to set into a gold signet band. The jeweler decided to change the stone placement without consulting the store or me! I was not pleased with how the ring looked. Hupp’s sent the ring back with a new placement of stones diagram. I recently picked up my ring and am happy with the new design. Hupp’s charged me the original agreed upon price, even though more work was required. Very honest company with excellent customer service ! Thank you!

Excellent Bracelet repaired and renewed

Having had an excellent experience at Hupp several years while visiting Fishers, I took in a horribly repaired clasp repair in for repair while in the area for only a week. The repair jeweler was on vacation but they assured me the bracelet would be ready. The bracelet was a bit big on my wrist. I couldn’t believe it when I got the bracelet back. It looked brand new, excellent repair with new 14K clasp, and fit to my size. I AM thrilled. Friendly, expert staff, and a beautiful store. I will keep any jewelry repair for my next visit to Fishers, IN. Thank you!
