Very friendly customer service.Repaired my wedding ring that was uniquely designed by a private jeweler 48 years ago. I was prepared for the repair to be obvious, but was pleasantly surprised by the perfection in the flawless repair. Also completed in a very quick time frame. I highly recommend Hupp Jewelers.

I should remember to stop at Hupp’s before going to other stores. Angela assisted in finding a replacement for a lost wedding ring. The choice came down to two and I appreciated that she never promoted the most expensive one! Very helpful, gentle and knowledgeable.

After struggling to replace my stainless watch band on my Citizen watch I brought it to Hupp. The two ladies working were very courteous and did a great job of quickly replacing it, while also removing a few links I requested too, all for $15. Very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Very personable staff that took great care of my 2 rings I inherited. They fit perfectly too after the resize. Initially they were concerned about the stone breaking due to the size change but great care was taken and I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out. Highly recommend.

Everytime I go to Hupp's, it is an amazing experience. I have been going in for whatever jewlrey related need I have had for over 10 years, and I would never trust anyone else. The service is absolutely top notch, and their warmth and friendliness is consistant and genuine. On this visit, I had a watch with a lot of sentimental value, and the band broke and was not saveable. They went above and beyond to incorporate as much of the old band as possible and integrates it into the new band, to keep the integrety and specialness of the original band into the watch as a whole. This was not an easy task I was asking of them, and they spent the extra time to insure it was as close to being the original as humanly possible. How many places would go that much trouble?? Well, Hupp's did and they did it gladly. And they price they charged for the work was so reasonable, that I don't think it was even fair. I was only charged a fraction of what I would have been willing to pay. I still want to go back and ask "are you sure on the price??? Honestly, if you are going anywhere else for your jewlrey needs or repairs....your're not going to the right place. Sarah and Michelle were the two that helped me on this visit, but rest assured....whoever greets you when you walk through the door will give you their very best. I know this because it has been my experience EVERY time I have visited their store. Thanks again Hupp Jewelrs for saving my watch, and making my day.

They matched the engraving on my wife’s necklace perfectly. They care about the quality of the work so much that they sent it back out to have it redone as the first go didn’t meet their standards. While they were apologetic for the timeframe they gained a fan.

Great family-owned business. Angela and her staff are helpful, engaging, and best of all curious in order to help you find what you are looking for or otherwise take care of the services you might need. I came in for a watch battery replacement and for browsing, and came away with working watches and a very nice holiday gift for someone special. The selection of new and estate items is great and fairly priced. I highly encourage anyone to patronize this shop before heading to a chain jewelry store.

Went in today to have a bracelet fixed. They were very helpful and gave a time it would be ready. Looked around and found a gold citrine ring set in white gold at a very reasonable price. Didn't' intend to buy a ring, but it was hard to pass up. Such a nice place to shop without pressure from a salesperson.
