I have been going to Hupp Jewelers for 10 years or more. I primarily go to them to have new batteries placed in my watches. Recently when one of my family members needed a sturdy chain for a memorial heart to honor his sister’s passing, I brought him to Hupp Jewelers. Madeline helped us. She was so patient and went to a lot of extra trouble to make sure we got the right size and length chain for the memorial heart. We had to order it and came back a week later to pick it up. Unfortunately we arrived just after the store closed, but Madeleine saw us at the door and warmly invited us in. She was so kind and even though the store was closed she spent extra time with us to ensure that we were completely satisfied.I have found the Hupp Jewelers to be like a neighborhood shop in a small town. They’re very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I find Hupp Jewelers staff as a customer -related group. I see smiles and a willingness to help find the piece I look for. When my niece had her first child, they helped me design a special piece for her with the new child's fingerprint and name. Both she and Grandma loved the pieces and wear them with pride. The same piece was also made for the next 2 children.

My Mom lost the center stone in her engagement ring about a month after they married in 1947. I have had the ring since her passing in 1982. My husband, as a Valentine's day present, brought the ring to Hupp's, and had a new stone set. I chose a red stone to honor Mom's birthday. From the moment we walked the the front door until the day we picked it up, Hupp's has been warm, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I am thrilled with them AND the ring!

My first time visit was a simple one. I was trying to find a replacement watch band for my mother’s wristwatch. I performed a website search for the closest watch repair shop to my home and found Hupp. I found this to be a very nice little jewelry store, and I also mentioned this also to the nice young lady that took care of me upon my arrival. At no additional charge she happily installed the new band that I selected while I waited. I was on my way soon afterwards with a watch that looked almost new again. My mother was quite happy with the results too. Now she has another watch that needs repair that she would like for me to take there for service. We will be back soon!

I needed a watch band repaired. Other watch repair stores were either closed or their watch maker was not available. Hupp Jewelers repaired the band in 10 minutes at a very reasonable price. I would certainly use their services in the future.

I was running errands and just happened to stop by to see if they could replace a battery on an old watch. I was promptly greeted by a young lady that was very eager to help me. Within a few minutes she advised they could easily replace the battery, the cost and offered me a cup of coffee while I waited the 10 to 15 minutes it would take to do it. They were finished before I had a chance to finish my warm cup of fresh coffee. I highly recommend this local small business.

I stopped by Hupp Jewelers yesterday to see if they could replace a battery in my watch. I was greeted right away by Aubrey a young knowledgable girl who showed me a few jewelry pieces from recent estates.While my watch was being fixed i saw a beautiful necklace and yep I put a deposit down on it for Christmas for my daughter. Aubrey was so helpful in helping me to pick a different chain for the teardrop tanzinite necklace, one that will be a bit more sturdy for a young women. I later met the new owner and the young man who fixed my watch. The shop is bright, warm and the staff friendly. I encourage anyone to stop in!!! I will be doing more shopping!!! Thanks Aubrey!! 😁 Its refreshing to meet a kind young women!

I was referred to Hupp by my normal jeweler when I inquired about them making some custom jewelry for me. I loved everything about my experience. The people are so nice and friendly and they were genuinely interested in what I wanted to do. Long story short, they made my wife custom earrings out of stones I got in Hawaii while we were on our honeymoon 6 years ago. I am very satisfied with how they turned out and I think the price was very fair for what I received. I will still use my regular jeweler but will also use Hupp in the future as well. They have a lot to offer being a family owned/operated establishment. Check them out!

After receiving an email about Hupp being on a gold, silver, and jewelry buying spree, I decided to take in multiple pieces to see what they were worth. The process was totally free; and they ended up buying most pieces for either the silver/gold or the entire piece to sell. I also had a watch that needed a new battery as well as a new watch that I needed to have fitted to my wrist. All things were handled very professionally and quickly.
